Smile confidently with a natural-looking cosmetic treatment that can enhance your smile. Apply veneers to several teeth or one tooth. Clients get Veneers for multiple reasons:
- Gap correction
- Enhance symmetry
- Adjust misaligned teeth
- Correct discoloration
- Restore chips
- Revise crooked teeth
- Edit shape and size.
Veneers cover the tooth’s surface and subtly wrap around the sides and biting edge of the tooth. When getting multiple veneers, each tooth is prepped thoroughly before the fabrication and placement of the veneer.
The Doctor removes a thin (less than a millimeter) enamel layer from the natural tooth where the veneer will sit in the preparation stage. Prepping the tooth helps the veneer sit comfortably with the contours of natural teeth. A thin layer of solid bonding solution will hold the veneer in place. A specialized light is used to harden the material, securing the veneer.
Types of veneers:
The most aesthetically-pleasing and longest-lasting veneer. Created in a lab, the exact measurements and pecs of the veneer mimic natural enamel using multiple layers of porcelain. You can fully customize the size, color, shape, and fit.
More cost-effective than porcelain veneers made from a composite resin in a dental lab and clinic. Alter your smile with fully customizable veneers like porcelain veneers. However, Composite Veneers do not last as long as porcelain ones.
Prefabricated resin veneers come in different shapes and sizes and cannot be customized. Instant Veneers are the most affordable of the three however are not as aesthetically natural or durable compared to custom veneers.
