Thomas S. Giugliano
Dr. Thomas S. Giugliano represents the newest breed of New York City-trained prosthodontists whose practice reflects the latest clinical technologies and a solid artistic and cosmetic emphasis.
Dr. Giugliano believes that the pursuit of an improved smile and personal confidence is as much a function of technical know-how as a sense of art and the aesthetic ideal; it must not just look right – it must be done right.
Dr. Giugliano has thus become known not only for his distinguished clinical history but also for his warm and personable approach to the “patient as a person first.” His easy smile and emphasis on careful listening allow the apprehensive dental patient to forget they are in the presence of impeccable scholarship quickly.
Dr. Giugliano holds active memberships in many prestigious dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society, the New York County Dental Association, and the American College of Prosthodontists. He is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor and serves as the Assistant Program Director of postgraduate prosthodontics at the NYU College of Dentistry.
With over 30 years of experience in private practice, Dr. Giugliano has perfected the special and emotional commitments needed to place the anxious dental patient at ease.
OFFICE MANAGER / CERTIFIED PHLEBOTOMIST
My experience has expanded over 35 years in the dental field, the last 23 years working with Dr. Anthony Ceccacci. He is a dedicated, caring dentist providing his patients with the highest caliber and quality of dental services.
I’m privileged and honored to be his office manager and to be a member of such a great team at Madison Avenue Smiles. He has encouraged and supported my continuing dental education throughout the years and continues to do so. Recently for example, advanced training of CARE ESTHETICS Protocol for facial esthetics. Furthermore, training on our multiple cutting edge devices utilized in our daily digital dental protocols. Such as some of the following.
Meshing 3-D Cone Beams with 3-D Intraoral surface scans for implant guided protocols. Also applying similar protocols for our Yomi robot guided cases. These are great additions to optimize and plan for predictable case outcomes. Thereby, assuring our patients with the highest degree of confidence.
It is my pleasure to invite you to explore our website pages and to contact me with any questions you may have regarding your dental health.

On a personal note, in my spare time, I’m a TNR-certified cat rescuer and work with several rescue groups in Brooklyn, NY, rescuing and rehoming homeless kittens and cats.
Sophie has been a part of Madison Avenue Smiles since August 2018 as our leading dental assistant. Originally from the Republic of Georgia, where she graduated as a registered nurse.
Working alongside Dr. Ceccacci, she has attended multiple seminars and conferences, expanded her education, and became certified in micro-needling.
Her phlebotomy and medical skills help us smoothly perform BioPRF procedures and Facial Esthetics. Sophie enjoys photography, hiking, and exploring new places in her spare time.
Christina has been our dental hygienist for the last eight years. She has practiced dental hygiene since 2012 after graduating from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene. One of her main priorities is educating her patients on oral health while ensuring they are as comfortable as possible while under her care.
Through intraoral pictures, digital radiographs, and various other advanced technology, Christina helps make sure her patients fully understand their dental needs and is eager to answer any questions or concerns.
Christina enjoys traveling, going to concerts, playing with her dog Millie, and exploring New York City.
Art has always been a passion of mine ever since I was a child. Therefore, it was a natural fit for me when I began my career as a Dental Technician in Ukraine in the 1980s.
When I moved to the United States in the early 1990s, I continued my profession and refined my art using new techniques, materials, and technology that was available to me. My determination for excellence and my passion for the work I produced led me to open my boutique dental lab in 1995.
Over the next twenty years, I grew a successful small business and produced high-end work for my dentists. Like many other industries, the field of dentistry was experiencing a digital transformation, and so in 2016, I joined Dr. Ceccacci in his new digital dental laboratory.
Although the new digital lab and techniques may differ from my 1990s lab, my “eye for art” and passion for my work have remained similar throughout this evolution.
Outside of my profession, my main hobby is cycling. Often you will find Dr. Ceccacci and me cycling together as this is a shared interest of ours!
